There are no fixed set of ratings for different restaurants or shop. Rating criteria are flexible to suit different types of environments.
Disclaimer: I'm VERY HONEST with my ratings and I do not launch personal attacks on any restaurants. If at any point of time I'm served with bad food, bad services or anything bad, I do not hesitate to list them down in my reviews to the restaurant.
"Restaurants won't fold up because of one customer, neither will any good restaurant fear that customers will not revisit due to bad food or services."
